We have five vacancies within our Student Centre team based across our three main campuses, Cavendish, Harrow and Marylebone.

2.(50064204) This post is working Part Time 18 hours per week and Permanent. (Harrow).
3.(50063183) This post is working Full Time 35 hours per week and is Fixed Term until 14 August 2026. (Cavendish).
4.(50070795) This post is working Full Time 35 hours per week and is Fixed Term until 19 December 2025. (All Sites).
5.(50051796) This post is working Part Time 20 hours per week and Permanent. (Harrow).

The posts are positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for most of the university's student services.
The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidates will have previous experience in customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of several teams.
Successful candidates for 50051800, 50051796, 50064204, 50063183 will be mainly based at the listed campus but will be expected to work shifts at all sites as and when required. The vacancy for 50070795 will be regularly split across all sites. Please state in order of preference which vacancies you are applying for.
